What is the e-Sampada Portal?

e-Sampada portal was created to make government venue allotment and bookings easier for Indian citizens. Previously, there were a total of five separate portals and two different apps for the same task, which made government venue and apartment bookings a lengthy and complicated process.

To eliminate this complicated and time-consuming application process, the Indian government has merged all of those earlier portals into a single one and rebranded it as e-Sampada. In addition to the web portal, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MOHUA) of the central government has also launched an e-Sampada mobile app to make the application process for government portals as straightforward as possible.

How to Register in the e-Sampada Portal?

As long as you’re eligible, you can register yourself in this web portal and search for available government quarters and apartments and book them. You just need to follow these steps to complete the e-Sampada registration process:

1. First, visit the official web portal of e-Sampada by clicking on this link: https://esampada.mohua.gov.in/signin/.

2. Next, click on the “Login” option at the top-right corner of the web page.

3. Once the “Sign In” box pops up, click on the “Register here” option.

4. Now, fill in the following details before clicking on the “Submit” button:

   1. Full name

   2. Birth date

   3. Employee Category

   4. The city posted or living.

   5. PAN number

   6. Email ID

   7. Mobile number

5. After that, you will receive an OTP in your registered mobile number and email ID. Use the OTP to verify your information.

6. Once you are redirected to the next page, write your date of joining and retirement (If you are already retired).

7. Click on the “Submit” option to complete the registration. Now, you can read and follow the on-screen instructions to understand how to apply for government quarters.

e-Sampada Mobile App

To make the registration process for government quarters as effortless as possible, the MOHUA of the Indian government has developed the e-Sampada mobile app. You can download this app to your mobile from Google Play and Apple App Store, depending on the mobile OS you use. With this app, you can navigate your bookings and allotments any time you want, just with a few simple taps.
